Big Black Lincoln is the unsung singing super group that shaped today’s “Toronto sound” in both Hip-Hop AND R&B. Most importantly, the combination of the two!

BBL was created by Saukrates in the early 2000’s as a solution to his dilemma of having too much funk, soul, and house for his Hip-Hop projects. So him and his like-minded counter parts, each from their own respective groups, combined super powers to form Big Black Lincoln: DJ Agile( @djagile) from BrassMunk, T.R.A.C.K.S. from IRS, Ro Dolla (@arfocolours) from the Circle, fellow crooner Shakari Nite and @OfficialBiggSoxx.

They released 3 singles and videos and the album Heaven’s Caught On Fire. An certified cornerstone in Canadian R&B/Soul.
