Released in 1974, Autobahn is the 4th studio album by Kraftwerk, the electronic band from Germany. The sonic palette was inspired by the German highway system. The radio edit of the title track became a surprise international hit, reaching number 11 in the UK and 25 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2015.
